Where do I start? I have been in the automotive service business for nearly all my life, for over fifty years. I have been in hundreds of shops and have had thousands of customers. I know a bad shop, a good shop and a great shop! THIS is a great shop! From the moment we walked in, we were treated with honest and professional care. From Mike the co-owner, his wife, daughter and some of the service techs, everyone was wonderful and happy to be there. Now don't let the shop itself sway you. You won't find any free donuts and coffee, no big screen tv…. Just a rustic shop that runs on professionalism and honesty. We had gone there without an appointment in hopes to have an issue looked at. They got the truck in and about five hours later it was ready to go. They were very detailed as to what we would need and they did just that. No high pressure upsells, just what was needed and we were in our way. Thank you to everyone at the shop. You exhibited a true talent for caring for each and every custom that came through your door. We witnessed a conversation between other customers that were stranded. One for the fleet of tow trucks the shop has, rescued them, took them to a hotel and to the airport to get a rental car as well. When they picked up their vehicle today, the same tow truck driver came into the office , hugged the woman, shook the man's hand and gave their dog Taz a good belly scratch. That is who they are! Flagstaff Transmission was absolutely amazing! I needed to get my transmission fluid and rear differential fluid changed. They gave me the best quote out of the other businesses in town. They did a thorough job and even checked my front differential fluid on their own, just to double check it, because my rear differential fluid was so dirty. Their customer service was great, they have a lot of open slots for appointments, and they did great work.

This is my first time I have ever used a mobile mechanic, my starter went out on my 2007 CRV, upon contacting you guys from the start cassy was very efficient, professional, and kind the level of customer service was exceptional, she told us that it would be 1 to days until someone could come out, but she was very flexible and made it happen within one hour I was very impressed. The technician from Texas was Amazing and definitely would recommend you guys every time, the prices are great and service even better. THANK YOU FOR BEING KIND AND GOOD AT YOUR JOB, I'M GLAD THAT THERE IS STILL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am so very happy with the staff and service of this shop I was passing through and broke down they understood I was on a time crunch and they got me in first thing (everyone else was telling me they could get me in next week) in the morning squeezed me in and had me on my way in enough time to make my destination. I don't give reviews very often, but I've just found my new Flagstaff mechanic. Flagstaff Mobile Mechanic deserves a great review. My daughter attends NAU, and I live in another city. Her car wouldn't start, and I couldn't help her from a distance. We needed a mechanic. Barb and the entire crew were friendly, professional, and honest. Without hesitation, I recommend them. If your son or daughter attends NAU, and you are not in Flagstaff, look no farther. This is the place to call. If I lived in Flagstaff, this is where I'd take my car, and I'm pretty picky about who works on it. Thank you!

Michael and Jace were awesome. The fuel pump went out on my daughter's car. They were prompt in response. They had the car running the next day. I highly recommend Flagstaff mobile mechanics.
