Where do I start? I have been in the automotive service business for nearly all my life, for over fifty years. I have been in hundreds of shops and have had thousands of customers. I know a bad shop, a good shop and a great shop! THIS is a great shop! From the moment we walked in, we were treated with honest and professional care. From Mike the co-owner, his wife, daughter and some of the service techs, everyone was wonderful and happy to be there. Now don't let the shop itself sway you. You won't find any free donuts and coffee, no big screen tv…. Just a rustic shop that runs on professionalism and honesty. We had gone there without an appointment in hopes to have an issue looked at. They got the truck in and about five hours later it was ready to go. They were very detailed as to what we would need and they did just that. No high pressure upsells, just what was needed and we were in our way. Thank you to everyone at the shop. You exhibited a true talent for caring for each and every custom that came through your door. We witnessed a conversation between other customers that were stranded. One for the fleet of tow trucks the shop has, rescued them, took them to a hotel and to the airport to get a rental car as well. When they picked up their vehicle today, the same tow truck driver came into the office , hugged the woman, shook the man's hand and gave their dog Taz a good belly scratch. That is who they are!
